Please be aware that Custom item shipping items will vary on different custom items.  We know quick delivery is important to you and we are working hard to achieve that.  All of our items are created and shipped within 10-14 of purchase.  Thank you for Shopping with Brown Eyed Girls Crafting; please let us know how to help you in any way.

Each package shipped has insurance and if you received a damaged package please email browneyedgirlscrafting@gmail.com.  Take pictures of damaged package.  We will file the insurance and send you a new package.
